Kris

Executive Director
With 15 years of expertise in cross-border business, Kris has built a strong portfolio serving global clients such as USDA ATO, the Tobacco Board of Zambia, Scottish Development International, and the UK Department for Business and Trade.

As a board member of the British Chamber of Commerce South China since 2019, Kris chairs the “Go Global” committee, fostering connections between Chinese enterprises and UK partners.

David Bull

Director
David is a former British Diplomat, having served with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Brazil, Zambia, Portugal, Jamaica, Nepal, Scotland, USA as well as a second men to the Private Energy  Sector for 5 years. 
Since retiring from Foreign Service and has been working with many UK and China’s GBA based companies at very senior levels.  A consummate networker, David has an extensive network that spans the Greater Bay Area, China, the UK, the Middle East, Australia and the US in many varying sectors which he has been able utilize on behalf of his clients.

Head of Compliance
Charlene has 18 years experience in cross border legal advisory and compliance solutions. She is also an appointed advisor for provincial economy development in South China.
Charlene plays a pivotal role in guiding merchants through complex regulatory landscapes. She delivers first-class, tailor-made solutions that not only ensure full compliance with relevant laws and industry standards, but also streamline operational efficiency.
