With whom do we share your personal data?
•Personal data is only shared with another controller or processor where it is necessary to do so and the sharing is compliant with the relevant Data Protection Legislation. LONGWATER Ireland limits the personal datawhich is shared to what is strictly necessary to fulfil our statutory function, provide ancillary services to LONGWATER Personnel or to comply withother legal obligations.
•LONGWATER is audited by external agencies including the Comptroller & Auditor General and the outsourced provider of internal audit services. Records containing personal data may be sought for review as part of audits undertaken.
•It may be necessary to share personal data with third parties who provide a service to us including IT, maintenance, website hosting, analytical and marketing services. Any third parties who access your data while providing services on our behalf are subject to strict contractual restrictions to ensure that your data is protected, in compliance with data protection law.
•Where an Applicant Company transfers from the LONGWATER portfolio to another state agency, a copy of the personal data relevant to an existing grant claim will be transferred also.
•Your personal information will be included in LONGWATER support lettersfor submission with your merchant identity permit application.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or in manualform.
In certain circumstances your personal data may be transferred if LONGWATER Ireland Personnel or service providers that are operating outside of the EEA are required to process this data to provide a service or interact with you, for example to access our CRM system to obtain contact details. Where any such transfer takes place, it will be subject to appropriate safeguards.
